Refundable Security Deposit
Each subscription tier requires a fully refundable security deposit equal to one month's cycle fee. It is wired straight back to your Mobile Money wallet within 24 hours of asset return.
7-Day Flexible Cancellation
No lock-in contracts or hidden cancellation fees. If you no longer need our service, request a retrieval via the portal with 7 days' notice and our team handles the doorstep pickup.
The Gilded Price Cap Guarantee
Renting will never cost more than buying. Once your cumulative payments for a piece of gear reach 75% of its upcycled retail value, billing for that item permanently stops and ownership transfers to your family.
